How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work with the full procurement cycle: request for quotations, analysis, tender, contract, delivery, certificate, payments● work with categories of software, hardware, licences, infrastructure services, cloud services, agencies● work with an internal customer: receiving requests, analysing them, choosing a procurement procedure, implementing the project before signing the contract● involvement in other ad-hoc tasks of the area

Challenges for three months:

● mastering internal systems, processes, policies● mastering the entrusted categories and establishing communication with the team and internal customers● full-fledged independent work within the entrusted categories

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in procurement (international companies, large national structural companies)● experience in procurement: software, hardware, licences, infrastructure services, cloud services, agencies● experience with IT service contracts, SLAs and licence agreements● experience in the full procurement cycle, understanding of the procurement process and the function of the area● basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Jira will be an advantage● experience with ERP systems● English – B2+ level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
