How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● administration and support of Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Desk ● technical support of users in Atlassian and other team products● optimisation and automation of business processes● support and configuration of HiBob (HRMS)

Challenges for three months:

● get acquainted with the organisation of the main processes, approaches to teamwork and interaction between departments● close operational tasks in accordance with the established flow (analysing requests, communicating with initiators, setting expectations, implementing or submitting for revision)● master the main tools used in the work (Jira, Confluence, HiBob) and demonstrate knowledge of their functionality in practice● propose at least one improvement in any of the processes or tools used

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of practical experience with Atlassian Jira Confluence, Service Desk● understanding of the principles of business process automation● analytical and critical thinking● communication skills and ability to work in a team

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
