1. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems:● Maintaining HR directories, updating systems, and consolidating data● Reflecting changes in the organizational structure2. Supporting the band-based benefits package:2.1. Administering the health insurance program for teammates and their family members:● Preparing lists for enrollment and termination, monitoring changes, and maintaining records of insured individuals● Coordinating with the insurance provider and providing consultation and support to employees2.2. Administering benefits compensation:● Receiving, reviewing, and processing requests, initiating compensation payments, and maintaining records● Providing consultation and support to employees2.3. Contributing to the improvement and development of the benefits system3. Supporting HRMS and HRIS (Payroll):● Administering systems within the unit’s area of responsibility● Participating in the automation of HR processes and defining requirements for system development and enhancements● Processing employee-related changes and keeping personnel records up to date4. Participating in HR projects and preparing materials:● Preparing presentation and communication materials and generating reports based on business requests● Participating in other HR projects

Challenges for three months:

● Independently and accurately processing employee-related changes in BAS ERP and HiBob● Gradually taking ownership of additional responsibilities from other team members, including health insurance, documentation support, benefits administration, and related areas

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Administrative and document management skills; experience in HR administration is a plus● Experience working with systems and databases in an operator or data administration role is a plus● Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for results● Experience working under tight deadlines and handling large volumes of information, with strong attention to detail

● Flexible schedule based on role responsibilities● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
