How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● processing standard requests in accordance with procedures and guidelines● performing initial issue investigation and troubleshooting● collecting basic information for further analysis● accurately creating and maintaining Jira tickets● complying with SLA requirements within the scope of responsibility● promptly escalating complex or non-standard cases● сollaborate with the team and cross-functional departments to effectively resolve requests● working with core product flows: Driver, Rider, CRM, and Payments

Challenges for three months:

● independently handling recurring incidents and meeting SLA targets in accordance with established standards● understanding core product flows and confidently investigating incidents and problems● ensuring high-quality ticket handling while adhering to internal processes and team standards

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of commercial experience as a Technical Support Specialist● experience in working with SQL● understanding the fundamentals of API operations (request methods, status codes, response structures) and experience in validating requests using Swagger or Postman● experience in analyzing logs to identify the root causes of incidents, errors, and service degradations● experience in working with Grafana● experience in working with Jira● effective team communication skills● English proficiency at the Intermediate level
