How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- developing, implementing, and improving Material Flow processes and the interaction model between the central warehouse, cities, service centers, and Procurement
- collecting and consolidating the needs of cities and service centers for spare parts, consumables, tools, and equipment
- analyzing the actual consumption and planning stock replenishment. Monitoring minimum and safety stock levels for individual items
- preparing purchase requests, specifications, quantities, and timelines and passing them on to Procurement
- conducting an initial search for potential suppliers and supply options
organizing the distribution and movement of materials between the central warehouse, cities, and service centers
- monitoring the recording of receipts, issues, movements, and stock levels
- coordinating the operations of the central warehouse: receiving, storing, picking, dispatching, and inventory-taking


Challenges for three months:

- conducting an audit and structuring the nomenclature of spare parts, consumables, tools, and equipment
- defining and launching the basic process: City/SC > Material Flow > Procurement/Central Stock > City/SC
- developing the operating model for the central warehouse and defining requirements for the inventory management system
- recording current stock levels and establishing basic material flow control in Lviv
- identifying critical items and defining basic min/max levels and safety stock
- taking responsibility for Lviv's current operational needs: collecting requests, sourcing supply options, preparing specifications and quantities, and handing procurement over to Procurement
- preparing the first version of the Material Flow model for scaling across other cities in the network.

To achieve the results, you will need:

- at least 2 years of experience in building or substantially improving supply chain / inventory / material flow processes, rather than simply working within an established system
- the ability to structure informal processes, define operating rules, and implement them in day-to-day operations
- experience in collaborating with Procurement, warehouse, and operational teams
- experience in supply chain, inventory management, material flow, warehouse operations, or procurement operations
- practical understanding of inventory management: min/max levels, safety stock, replenishment, and transfers between locations
- strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- experience in working with ERP/WMS systems would be an advantage
- English proficiency at A2 level or above
