How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- formulate the commercial strategy and plans for Micromobility — take ownership of commercial results by city: rides, revenue, utilization, and unit economics- conduct regular plan vs. actual analysis, identify root causes of deviations, and define corrective actions
- manage pricing and monetization: tariffs, passes, subscriptions, promos, and other mechanics
- analyze demand, seasonality, user behavior, and the competitive environment
- define business tasks for Micromobility Marketing and oversee the results of marketing activities
- develop the commercial model for the franchise direction and monitor the performance of the partner network
- prepare business cases for launching new cities, adjusting fleet scale, or updating the operating model
- lead the Commercial team: Franchise Operations, Commercial Pricing, Commercial Planning, and Micromobility Marketing
- prepare regular management reporting and recommendations for the Head of Micromobility

Challenges for six months:

- conduct an audit of the current Micromobility commercial model and key performance metrics by city
- conduct an audit of the current franchise model and create an updated proposal
- establish a unified set of KPIs and regular plan vs. actual tracking for rides, revenue, utilization, and unit economics
- formulate a baseline commercial plan by city along with a seasonal forecast
- evaluate the current pricing model and create a prioritized list of changes/tests
- formulate a growth strategy for the franchise network
- build the team and establish a regular workflow between Commercial Planning, Pricing, Marketing, and Franchise
- onboard 2+ new partners under the updated franchise model

To achieve the results, you will need:

-  proven background in commercial management, business planning, pricing, or related areas
-  experience in team management and coordinating multiple commercial functions
-  strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with revenue, rides, unit economics, plan vs. actual analysis, and forecasting
-  deep understanding of pricing, demand growth, marketing mechanics, and their impact on business results
-  ability to prepare business cases and justify decisions on launching, scaling, or changing operational models
-  experience in mobility, marketplace, sharing economy, or other fast-paced B2C businesses will be an advantage
