How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● registration of partner drivers, partner couriers, their vehicles and transport● primary and secondary information support for partner drivers on registration and organisational matters (phone calls, messaging apps)● conducting outreach consultations with driver-partners regarding inactivity, initial consultations, or related outreach campaigns for the purposes of analysis, auditing, research and in-depth interviews● monitoring the quality of service provision and driver-partners’ compliance with the terms and conditions of cooperation: photo checks, compliance with registration requirements and standards● collaborating with related departments regarding operational matters and clarifications from driver-partners● conducting selective analysis of the local passenger transport market, specifically fares, vehicle classes and service quality● analysing user problem cases and creating research tasks in response to partner enquiries● participating in the optimisation and improvement of internal processes, contributing ideas, suggestions and improvements● diligence and meticulousness in performing duties, accurate data entry, and monitoring quality based on photographs or data: damage, inaccuracies, vehicle cleanliness and condition, etc.

Challenges for three months:

● familiarise yourself with the company’s products, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be able to navigate the processes with ease at every stage of your work

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● five-day working week: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.● paid days off: 20 for personal reasons, a further 1 for your birthday, 10 for sickness, up to 8 for blood donation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year’s work experience (experience in information provision, customer support, registration or sales departments would be an advantage)● knowledge of cars: makes and models, a basic understanding of how cars work, and an understanding of car classes● confident user of computers and instant messaging apps● willingness to handle large volumes of information: ability to search the internal database and master internal tools such as Jira, Confluence, the telephony software suite, company policies and standards, and more● communication skills: fluent, competent and polite command of the Ukrainian language (both spoken and written). Excellent active listening skills● English language level: A2● stress resilience and emotional intelligence: the ability to deal with “difficult” or irritated customers without taking things personally● customer focus and empathy: a desire to help the customer resolve their issue, rather than simply ‘closing the ticket’● result-oriented approach would be an advantage: experience of handling telephone calls (inbound and outbound lines)● would be an advantage: holding a Category B driving licence and owning a car, for the purpose of conducting spot analysis of the transport market
