How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to Jira projects● configuring and optimising Jira projects to meet the specific needs of the team● supporting the integration and automation of Jira with other tools● developing scripts and macros to automate repetitive tasks● monitoring and optimising existing automations● automating and maintaining Confluence platforms

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing yourself with the organisation of main processes and approaches to team collaboration● independently handling operational tasks through flow (communication, analysis, setting expectations, implementation/fixing)● mastering key tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Python) and demonstrating knowledge of their functionalities● proposing at least one solution to improve any process or tool

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience administering Jira and Confluence● configuration and implementation of business processes based on Atlassian Jira products● automation of processes● integration with external systems (Confluence, Slack, etc.)● experience with Jira API

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
