How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

●  conducting quantitative and qualitative research● explaining analytical data using qualitative research● conducting tactical research using various methods (moderated and unmoderated interviews, surveys, etc.)● forming and generating hypotheses for improving user experience● closely collaborating with the Growth Lead, QA, developers, PO, PM, data analysts, and designers● conducting workshops (presenting results, generating solutions with the team, etc.)● systematizing, storing, and communicating results to key stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

●  familiarizing with the product and company processes● successfully completing onboarding● participating (with support) in the first growth cycle● independently conducting from the second growth cycle

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in working with data (cleaning, aggregation, basic data visualization)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative user research● being user-oriented and empathetic — must have● experience in conducting moderated and unmoderated research● the ability to structure information, organize its storage, and present it to colleagues● experience in working in a cross-functional team● facilitation skills for meetings and workshops● strong communication skills● English proficiency at Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule based on role responsibilities● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation.
