Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● conducting in-depth, qualitative, and quantitative research● conducting desk research, including analysis of existing analytical data, results of previous initiatives, and completed research● conducting strategic research using various methods, including in-depth, moderated, and unmoderated interviews, surveys, etc.● shaping and generating hypotheses for improving user experience● closely collaborating with PO, UX Writers, data analysts, designers, BAs, and researchers from other teams● conducting workshops (presenting results, generating team solutions, etc.)● systematizing, storing, and communicating results to key stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with the product and company processes● successfully completing onboarding● independently conducting 4-6 research studies

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in conducting in-depth, quantitative, and qualitative user research● being user-oriented and empathetic — must-have● taking ownership of the full end-to-end research cycle● experience in conducting moderated and unmoderated research● the ability to structure information, organize its storage, and present it to colleagues● stakeholder management experience● experience in managing people who do research● facilitation skills for meetings and workshops● strong communication skills● English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
