How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● creating, editing, and testing interface texts● supporting and developing the ToV and product terminology for the Driver App● developing, updating, and maintaining the content guide● identifying and formulating improvements through content● working with key entries in Lokalise● creating text handoffs in Figma● participating in design activities: brainstorming, workshops, kick-offs, design sprints, prototyping, testing● collaborating with translators to ensure product quality in every language● cooperating with designers, researchers, marketing team, analysts, developers, and legal specialists

Challenges for three months:

● integrating into product teams working on the Driver App● mastering skills in creating keys in Lokalise● successfully onboarding to work with translators, legal, and marketing teams● creating texts for planned initiatives within the Driver App

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in creating keys and adding them to a system (Lokalise or equivalents)● experience in using or creating AI chatbots for working with text based on ToV

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in UX writing● experience in working with Ukrainian-language writing● experience with product localization● experience in working with content management systems (Lokalise or equivalents)● experience in testing content through usability and A/B testing, and ability to work with insights● experience in working with multiple cross-functional teams● understanding of technical aspects of development related to interface texts● high-level proficiency in Ukrainian● Upper-Intermediate level of English

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
