How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● task dynamics: high frequency of changes requires rapid adaptation to shifting priorities and emerging project risks● routine level: low routine most tasks involve unique problem-solving, with structured reporting and syncs being the only repetitive elements● analytical focus: moderate to high involves constant monitoring of KPIs, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making to track project health● social interaction: extremely high; intensive communication with internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Finance) and external partners

Challenges for six months:

● successfully onboard the team and master the company’s key processes● set up a regular reporting system to ensure transparency and alignment ● identify key cross-functional recurring activities lead by Strategy function and develop structured collaboration approach to the execution to ensure efficient and timely delivery

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects● strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics ● practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) ● experience handling multiple projects simultaneously ● outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills ● high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset ● prior experience in business and strategy-related projects● upper-intermediate or higher level of English ● pmp or equivalent certifications are a plus
