How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring high-quality and timely mass hiring for the Operations Direction (Ukraine and other countries), including blue-collar workers ● conducting the full-cycle recruiting process using both standard and non-standard recruitment methods ● taking a comprehensive project-based approach to working on vacancies ● ensuring a high level of service at every stage of the hiring process ● determining optimal sourcing strategies and finding non-standard and effective ways to hire perfect-match candidates ● building and maintaining professional business relationships to attract top experts ● maintaining the ATS system accurately and in a timely manner
researching and analyzing labor markets ● participating in projects aimed at increasing employee loyalty and in internal corporate initiatives ● participating in other HR projects across the company ● participating in developing the employer brand in the labor market

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with recruiting processes ● hiring perfect-match candidates within the agreed deadlines for the Operations Direction ● maintaining the ATS accurately and efficiently ● researching and analyzing labor markets (as needed) ● ensuring timely hiring to support the product’s launch in new countries (as needed) ● exploring new and unconventional sourcing and selection methods

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in recruitment, including high-volume hiring and hiring blue-collar workers ● experience in ensuring a high-quality full-cycle hiring process ● strong communication skills ● the ability to build an effective sourcing strategy and develop a hiring funnel with relevant candidates ● proven ability to effectively use all necessary methods, standard and non-standard tools, and resources for sourcing specialists ● proficiency in various interviewing techniques ● strong negotiation skills ● proven experience in successfully filling niche and challenging vacancies ● experience in working across different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asia, etc.) would be an advantage ● results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills ● high level of EQ ● English at Intermediate+ level
