● ensuring high-quality and timely mass recruitment within Operation Direction (Ukraine and other countries)● implementing a full-cycle recruiting process using both standard and non-standard recruitment methods● a comprehensive, project-based approach to managing vacancies● ensuring a high standard of service at all stages of the recruitment process● identifying optimal recruitment channels and finding non-standard and effective ways to recruit “perfect match” candidates● building and maintaining business contacts within the professional community to attract the best experts● efficient and high-quality management of the ATS system● research and analysis of labour markets● participation in staff loyalty initiatives and internal corporate activities● participation in other company HR projects● contributing to the development of the employer brand in the labour market

Challenges for three months:

● familiarisation with recruitment processes● recruiting the “perfect match” candidates in accordance with the agreed deadlines set out in the Operation Direction● efficient and high-quality management of the ATS system● research and analysis of labour markets (as required)● ensuring the timely recruitment of staff for product launches in new countries (as required)● identifying new and non-standard sourcing and selection methods

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years’ experience in recruiting non-tech specialists and mass recruitment● experience in delivering a high-quality full-cycle hiring process
high-level communication skills● ability to develop an effective search strategy and build a recruitment funnel with relevant candidates● skills in the successful use of all necessary methods, standard and non-standard tools, and resources for specialist recruitment● proficiency in various interview techniques● skills in conducting effective negotiations● successful experience in filling niche and complex vacancies● experience working in various markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asia, etc.) would be an advantage● results-oriented, with strong analytical skills● high-level of emotional intelligence● English: Upper-Intermediate
