How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● advise leaders on team management, people development, motivation and retention● support leaders in handling complex team situations: conflicts, declining engagement and attrition risks● support the full team member lifecycle: onboarding, probation, team changes, performance reviews, relocation and mobilisation● initiate and implement employee experience programmes● develop, optimise, update and automate HR processes, introducing best practices● analyse eNPS, 1:1 and other survey results, and monitor how leaders plan and deliver initiatives to remove blockers● support teams and team members through change and identify the risks of new implementations● identify and escalate risks (burnout, toxicity) in good time to retain team members● facilitate difficult conversations (dismissals, conflicts), and develop tools and recommendations for leaders on handling such cases● mentor leaders on team dynamics● integrate the corporate culture into teams’ daily work, maintain healthy team interaction and foster a feedback culture● facilitate BP and L&D tools with leaders and teams, and put forward proposals for developing soft skills● develop and deliver psychological support and veteran support projects, and support inclusion & diversity programmes

Challenges for three months:

● get to know the company’s structure, teams and key processes● meet the leaders and teams within your area of responsibility and build effective collaboration● review the current state of the teams based on key HR metrics● identify the main challenges and risks within the teams and carry out an initial analysis (attrition, eNPS, cases, workload)● propose ideas for solving problems and supporting the teams● support leaders in resolving key people issues● develop a plan for further work with the teams for the coming quarters

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience developing psychological support, veteran support or inclusion & diversity projects● experience working in an environment with high-volume, active hiring

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in contact centres or IT companies● experience providing HR support to teams of 100+ employees
hands-on experience advising leaders on HR matters and people management
● a deep understanding of key HR processes: onboarding, development, retention, performance management and offboarding● the ability to conduct 1:1s and assess team members’ motivation, engagement and retention risks● experience resolving conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations, and maintaining healthy team interaction● the ability to spot early signs of burnout, declining engagement and attrition risks● experience advising leaders on organisational change, team structure, roles and skills development, and supporting teams through change● experience partnering with L&D and operational teams to develop onboarding and training programmes● an understanding of HR metrics and experience working with eNPS, attrition and engagement data● the ability to build cause-and-effect hypotheses, test them against data and present conclusions to leaders● excellent communication skills● empathy, flexibility, stress resilience, responsibility, initiative, creativity and the ability to adapt quickly to change
