How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- optimizing strategic pricing models: designing dynamic pricing algorithms (Surge/Multipliers), demand elasticity models (Riders) and supply elasticity models (Drivers), and defining technical requirements for Data Science
- modelling and updating pricing structures: independently calculating, developing, and mathematically substantiating base fares, dynamic surcharges, and coefficients against target business metrics (Gross Bookings, Revenue) - modelling P&L and unit economics: conducting in-depth analysis and forecasting the impact of pricing changes on key business metrics (Gross Bookings, Revenue, AOV, C2P, order margin)
- researching elasticity and conducting A/B tests: initiating, developing the methodology for, and conducting pricing experiments, and assessing their incremental impact on the business
- developing pricing architecture: developing mathematical rationales for new products, pricing structures (Comfort, Business, NPI), and partner/driver commission models
- developing strategic recommendations: translating complex analytical data into clear business recommendations for the Pricing Management Lead and Head of Growth
- providing analytical mentorship and methodological development: developing pricing analysis standards across the company, supporting and developing Middle- and Junior-level analysts

Challenges for three months:

- becoming familiar with the business, specifics, the market
- managing prices (mark-ups) effectively and in a timely manner
- researching the market and providing recommendations based on the insights identified
- presenting the results of your work over the first 3 months to stakeholders

To achieve the results, you will need:

- at least 4 years of experience in analytics related to pricing, tariffs, monetization, or revenue management
- advanced level of financial, economic, and mathematical modelling in MS Excel / Google Sheets and preparing presentation materials in PowerPoint
- deep understanding of microeconomics, pricing theory, demand and supply elasticity, and unit economics
- experience in preparing technical requirements for Data Science teams and evaluating A/B test results
- understanding of and experience in working with P&L structure (Gross Booking, Revenue, AOV, etc.) and methods for analyzing large datasets
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
