How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● management of the pricing strategy: Development and detailed customisation of the tariff structure for different categories (Comfort, Business, NPI), cities of expansion markets● strategic monitoring and competitive intelligence: In-depth analysis of competitors’ strategies and development of tactical response plans that go beyond just copying the price● mastery of key metrics (P&L Impact): Direct responsibility for average order value (AOV), conversion to purchase (C2P) and overall order profitability● managing dynamic pricing (Surge/Multipliers): Setting up a system of coefficients and algorithms for balancing supply and demand; creating terms of reference for the Data Science team to improve algorithms● unit-economy control: Monitoring and maintaining the target indicators of driver income and operating profitability of each order● demand elasticity management: Conducting research and tests to determine the sensitivity of customers (Riders) to price and drivers (Drivers) to changes in revenue● post-implementation review: Regular audit of implemented changes, assessment of their impact on business performance and preparation of reports for top management● cross-functional leadership (Squad Management): Coordination of the work of the squad (Marketing, Ops, Support, Product, Engineering) to achieve highly effective pricing goals● communication strategy: Development of logic and principles for communicating price changes to users and partners to minimise reputational risks

Challenges for six months:

● fully onboard into the company’s business, product and processes, including a deep understanding of the existing pricing model, metrics, tools and interaction between teams● increase the efficiency of the pricing function by optimising existing processes and implementing automation, which reduces manual operations and accelerates the implementation of changes● improve the process of experiments in pricing (hypothesis pipeline, prioritisation, evaluation standards), and launch a number of tests with measurable business impact● ensure transparency of the pricing unit through clear dashboards, regular reporting and availability of key metrics for stakeholders● build effective interaction with cross-functional teams and local teams (clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes)● achieve measurable improvement in key business metrics (AOV, C2P, earnings driver) through the implementation of controlled pricing initiatives

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in pricing management. Understanding of revenue maximisation strategies (experience with Dynamic Pricing mechanics will be an advantage)● experience in managing teams of analysts, ability to set goals and develop teammates● experience in planning and achieving key business metrics of the area● strong analytical skills and experience in working with large amounts of data.● Ability to turn numbers into business insights and strategic decisions● confident command of data analysis and visualisation tools (advanced Excel, experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage)● ability to make independent decisions under high uncertainty and take responsibility for the final result● strong analytical skills, ability to analyse large amounts of data and find insights● strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Marketing, Ops)● English – B2+
