How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Legal analysis of new projects, services, and business initiatives regarding personal data protection and compliance with relevant legislation● Assessment of new products, functionality, and technological solutions for compliance with the Privacy by Design principle● Handling data subject requests, drafting legal positions, and coordinating their timely resolution● Legal support for contracting in personal data protection, including privacy due diligence of vendors prior to data transfer, negotiating Data Processing● Agreements (DPAs), and cross-border data transfer terms● Development, implementation, and maintenance of the personal data protection system at the group level in accordance with GDPR and local laws, including data mapping, drafting and updating Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)● Participation in drafting, reviewing, and updating personal data protection policies and procedures● Assistance in preparing documentation and providing legal support for audits, inspections, and certifications at the group level in Ukraine and other jurisdictions● Monitoring legislative changes and regulatory practice in personal data protection, evaluating their impact on business operations, and providing implementation recommendations● Advising internal stakeholders on data privacy matters, participating in cross-functional projects, and supporting business teams with privacy issues

Challenges for three months:

Month 1:● Onboarding into the company's processes, products, and data protection approaches● Timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks and handling of privacy requestsMonths 2–3:● Independent drafting of legal opinions, contracts, and privacy documentation● Effective collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders● Ownership of task deliverables and achievement of set goals

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1–3 years of legal experience in personal data protection, privacy compliance, or related fields● Strong knowledge of Ukrainian data protection legislation and current enforcement practices● Practical experience in applying GDPR, understanding core privacy concepts, and navigating GDPR interplay with local requirements in other jurisdictions● Hands-on experience providing legal support for data processing issues, including drafting and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), evaluating international data transfers, and advising business on privacy matters● Fluency in Ukrainian and English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1) level, sufficient for working with international teams, documentation, and negotiations● Excellent skills in legal analysis, drafting legal documentation, and legal writing● Well-developed risk-oriented mindset with the ability to offer practical, business-focused legal solutions● High level of autonomy, accountability, proactivity, and result orientation● Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel projects and meet deadlines● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
