How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● End-to-end procurement management: from drafting RFPs and conducting deep market research to running tenders, negotiating contracts, tracking deliveries, signing completion acts, and processing payments;● Managing multi-category procurement and supporting new projects by engaging marketing/PR agencies, sourcing reliable suppliers, and organizing international logistics (China, Europe) with a focus on micro-mobility device components;● Building and optimizing an efficient operating model between internal stakeholders and external vendors to address business needs seamlessly;● Leading high-level contract negotiations, ensuring full alignment of terms with legal, finance teams, and counterparties.

Challenges for three months:

Month 1:● Fast-track onboarding into the business context, mastering internal systems, operational processes, and procurement policies;● Deep dive into the specifics of assigned categories and thorough study of their product scope (SKUs).Months 2–3:● Establishing transparent and effective communication with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders;● Transitioning to full autonomy: end-to-end management of procurement projects and cycles within assigned categories independently.

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Experience in internal control, risk management, or audit (experience in digital or financial services companies is a plus);● Foundational knowledge and practical understanding of COSO, IFRS, and SOX requirements;● Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to understand business processes and identify associated risks and controls;● Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle feedback constructively;● Capability to work independently on assigned tasks under the guidance of a Senior Team Lead;● Track record of participating in audit, internal control, or risk management projects (hands-on experience ownership of small streams or tasks is an advantage);● Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus;● Higher degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
