Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Work closely with the Discovery and Development teams on a daily basis● Generate and validate product hypotheses● Build and prioritize the product backlog● Develop and maintain the roadmap, taking cross-team dependencies into account● Work with product analytics and data to drive decision-making● Analyze market, competitors, and industry benchmarks● Define initiatives, document and break them down into actionable tasks, specify requirements, and facilitate grooming sessions with the team● Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams● Work closely with the Marketing department● Communicate strategic goals and priorities to the team and ensure alignment on key objectives

Challenges for three months:

● Get onboarded to the product – understand its goals, strategy, key features, and metrics● Develop a deep understanding of the user – their needs, pain points, and expectations● Analyze the key competitors and benchmark their core functionality● Identify key growth opportunities based on user and business needs and pain points● Build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their goals, priorities, and needs

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst● 1+ year of experience working with mobile products● Understanding and hands-on experience with product metrics and frameworks● Experience working with data and generating hypotheses based on insights● Ability to build and prioritize a product backlog using prioritization frameworks● Experience working with users, including customer development and user testing● Ability to analyze competitors and identify relevant benchmarks● Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria● Understanding of team roles and responsibilities● Understanding of marketing communications● Experience working cross-functionally with different teams● Ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships● Driver’s license and access to a car for product testing● Upper-intermediate English level
