● own and develop the Delivery Supply product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals● own the entire courier lifecycle — from registration and onboarding to activation, engagement, and retention● develop and improve the delivery partner experience, including delivery flows within the Driver App● own the development of the mobile product for P2P Delivery customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery experience● improve dispatch, matching, and Supply management mechanicsown key Supply product metrics, identify growth opportunities throughdata and research, validate hypotheses, and deliver solutions in closecollaboration with Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams

Challenges for six months:

● gain a comprehensive understanding of the Delivery product and the Uklon ecosystem● learn and master the internal processes of the Product team and the Delivery unit● establish the product KPI framework, analyze the current performance, and identify growth opportunities● develop at least 1–2 high-impact initiatives and move them into implementation● build and align the Supply roadmap in line with the approved strategy● deliver the first Supply roadmap results — launch key initiatives from the agreed strategy and demonstrate measurable impact on Supply KPIs● establish sustainable ownership of the Supply & P2P domain — KPI management, regular discovery and experimentation, a clear roadmap, and effective cross-functional collaboration

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Product KPI Management: experience building metric trees, defining leading and lagging indicators, setting targets, and conducting regular performance analysis● AI-assisted Product Management: experience using AI for research, data analysis, discovery, requirements preparation, and prototyping● Domain experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or related industries● Experience working with B2C mobile products.

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.● Product Discovery & Validation: ability to define problem statements and hypotheses, conduct discovery and user research, prototype, and validate solutions before development.● Product Analytics: strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, and segmentation; ability to independently identify insights from data● Prioritization & Roadmapping: ability to build a roadmap aligned with business goals, apply RICE/ICE/impact-based prioritization, and manage trade-offs● Market & Competitive Analysis: ability to analyze the market, competitors, and benchmark products, and turn insights into product opportunities● B2+ English level● Important: User experience at Uklon is not just an abstract metric. We want to experience the product the same way our users do.
