Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Join us as a Project Manager.
In this role, you will help gain a deeper understanding of the Uklon driver journey, from registration to the first ride and beyond: analyzing the activation funnel, investigating churn drivers, identifying early churn signals, and delivering data-driven recommendations to increase retention and improve the effectiveness of the loyalty program in Ukraine and expansion markets. This is a role with real impact on the product and key business metrics.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● requirements gathering, coordinating, and prioritizing project requirements● planning, assessing, and managing project risks, dependencies, and changes in requirements● providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports on the project status● tracking risks and issues, escalating with proposed mitigations● owning end-to-end responsibility for managing 2+ projects in parallel● launching and monitoring compliance with key development performance indicators● organizing the process of planning quarterly initiatives aligned with the company’s OKRs● organizing cooperation with external partners within third-party integrations● ensuring the efficient operation of the Product Office by optimizing and improving processes

Challenges for three months:

● overview with the company’s current products● overview with current software development processes● take full ownership of 1-2 projects (independently or with a mentor) and● maintaining project documentation (roadmap, RAID log with dependencies, risks, and stakeholders)● an agreed-upon roadmap in place, supported by estimates from development teams● contribute to and improve PM unit processes (templates, structuring of guides, process documentation)● complete onboarding, pass probation review● receive positive 360 feedback from team members and stakeholders

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years as a Project Manager at a product-focused IT company● experience working with cross-functional teams with a large number of specialists● experience managing 2+ concurrent projects, with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and achieving project goals● deep understanding and practical proficiency in Scrum and Kanban; ability to select the appropriate framework based on context● independent management of the full SDLC - from discovery to post-release monitoring● proficiency in project documentation and artifacts (Roadmap, RACI matrix, RAID log), dependency management, and scope management● experience in risk management, ability to identify obstacles in a timely manner and structure solution options, independent risk management and mitigation● proficiency in Jira + Confluence; working with analytical dashboards (Tableau, etc.)● experience implementing or significantly improving processes, understanding how processes function in cross-functional teams● experience with micromobility or marketplace products (supply/demand) - nice to have● English B2 (Upper-Intermediate) - ability to conduct meetings with international stakeholders
