How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● atracting new partners in the Food Retail segment● fulfilling sales plans ● ensuring stable growth of the turnover of existing B2B partners● building long-term relationships with customers, high level of loyalty● identifying bottlenecks in the process of attracting/retaining customers and offering solutions to eliminate them● building up its own portfolio of current and potential partners. Systematic work on attracting and developing● working with marketing and product development departments to develop our sales strategy● preparing and implementing new ideas to improve existing processes● documentary support of transactions and clients

Challenges for three months:

● getting to know the internal processes, product and team● conducting at least 20 full meetings with current/potential clients● preparing 1-2 initiatives to improve approaches to sales or partner relations● successful connection of the first 5 small/medium business clients (with a turnover of 150-200 orders per month)● fulfilment of the personal sales plan for Food Retail by at least 90%

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in attracting potential and scaling current B2B partnerships● at least 2 years of experience in the full sales cycle

● ability to conduct research and market analysis of competitors and partners ● experience with CRM systems● analytical thinking and ability to strategic planning● understanding of the Food Retail market and its dynamics, needs of the target audience

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
