How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● initiating, managing, and scaling B2B partnerships within the Food Retail direction● managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing presentations, calculating commercial terms, coordinating onboarding, and providing post-sales partner support● building long-term relationships with partners and maintaining a high level of loyalty● improving sales processes and increasing conversion rates at every stage of the funnel● identifying bottlenecks in the partner acquisition process and proposing solutions to eliminate them● collaborating with product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to improve customer experience and grow the partner segment● maintaining CRM records and reporting, while adhering to sales processes

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with internal processes, the product, the team, and key metrics● conducting at least 20 full-scale meetings with potential partners● successfully onboarding the first 3 small and medium-sized business partners● achieving at least 90% of the individual sales target for the Food Retail direction

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in negotiating and successfully closing Enterprise B2B deals (experience in Food Retail will be an advantage)● strong negotiation skills, including experience negotiating with top management and business owners● expertise in building long-term partner relationships and finding non-standard B2B solutions● a confident user of analytical tools for business decision-making● experience in working with large contracts, commercial proposals, marketing activations● excellent knowledge of CRM systems, task management tools, and document workflow systems● understanding product IT solutions, integration principles, and opportunities for service customization tailored to clients● a systematic mindset, the ability to work with large volumes of data, and provide well-grounded recommendations
