Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and scaling partnerships within the HoReCa and Retail segments● identifying new business opportunities and potential partners● managing the full sales cycle, from the first contact through to partner launch● building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients● conducting negotiations and preparing commercial proposals● coordinating partner onboarding and integration with internal teams● analyzing partner performance and identifying growth opportunities● launching and managing strategic partnerships, pilot projects, and collaborations● closely collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams● maintaining CRM records, sales reporting, and analytics● representing the company at conferences, industry events, and business meetings

Challenges for three months:

● successfully completing onboarding and independently working with the core processes and tools● building an active pipeline of potential partners● signing the first partners and successfully launching them into operation● demonstrating a strong understanding of the market, the product, and the company’s business model● establishing effective collaboration with internal teams● ensuring high-quality CRM management and reporting● achieving agreed KPIs for new clients and conversion rate

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / account management (experience in HoReCa, e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, or delivery services will be an advantage)● experience in managing the full sales cycle: client acquisition, negotiations, contract signing, onboarding, and partner development● a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets● having experience working with strategic or enterprise clients● strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills● an analytical mindset and the ability to work with metrics, sales funnels, and reporting● experience with CRM systems (NetHunt, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)● being able to coordinate cross-functional processes with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams● an understanding of the HoReCa market and the delivery/logistics ecosystem will be an advantage
