How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing, implementing, and supporting the automation of business processes across corporate systems● building integrations between corporate systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, AI tools, and other integration technologies● designing the technical logic of automations in line with business processes● designing and implementing AI-assisted automation, analyzing and supporting existing solutions, and identifying opportunities to optimize, simplify, or automate them using AI/GenAI/LLM tools● configuring quality control mechanisms for AI solutions, including validating outputs, managing access controls, and assessing solution costs● documenting solution logic, technical configurations, integrations, dependencies between systems, and AI components

Challenges for three months:

● conducting an audit of the existing automations and integrations, including their logic, dependencies between systems, stability, issues, and risks. Proposing improvements to the logic ● independently delivering automation and integration initiatives using new approaches, from requirements analysis through to testing and launch, based on the planned backlog, ensuring measurable outcomes and adherence to agreed timelines● taking ownership of a set of corporate automations or integrations as a technical owner, including their support, documentation, further development, and stability management

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in developing automations and integrations or supporting corporate systems● hands-on experience working with corporate systems (Atlassian ecosystem, CRM, HRMS, LMS, ERP)● experience in developing business process automations, including workflow automation, scripting, and the automation of routine operations● hands-on experience using AI/GenAI/LLM tools to automate business processes or integrate AI into corporate solutions● hands-on experience building integrations between systems using APIs, webhooks, or other integration tools● experience in programming (Python will be an advantage) sufficient to independently deliver automations and integrations● understanding of business process design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions● experience in ensuring the quality and stability of solutions, including testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and supporting production solution● English proficiency at no lower than Intermediate level
