How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop new functionality and support the existing one● willingness to take responsibility for technical decisions and the final result at all stages● analyse the causes and look for solutions to production incidents● participate in team code reviews● directly influence team metrics● participate in the discussion and evaluation of future tasks to be performed, their decomposition● influence and engage in technical innovations● be willing to share expertise and mentor teammates if necessary

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company● development of new functionality in a timely manner● participate in the development of functional/non-functional requirements within initiatives● participate in code reviews within the team● compliance with estimates and minimisation of bugs through qualitative analysis

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of Kotlin development experience● 2+ years of experience with Jetpack Compose● 3+ years of experience with Coroutines● strong understanding and application of OOP, SOLID and Clean Architecture principles● strong knowledge of Java Core (core, collections, concurrency, networking)● deep understanding of the Android Framework: Core Android API, UI, Android Jetpack, threading model and popular third-party libraries● experience in covering functionality with tests (JUnit, Spek)● confident understanding and application of MV* patterns● experience with TCP sockets, REST, Protobuf, Firebase, Figma, Kodein, Retrofit, OkHttp● experience in using Gradle and RxJava● knowledge of English at Intermediate level
