How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and enhancing platform business applications and services. The primary focus is on creating scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions ● developing and maintaining Node-RED flows, subflows, and shared modules for automating business processes and integrations ● implementing complex integrations with internal and external systems via RESTful APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and Kafka ● participating in designing API contracts, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, versioning, data validation, and error handling ● working with MongoDB and Redis: designing MongoDB schemas and indexes, creating aggregation pipelines, and optimizing queries. Using Redis for caching, TTL, rate limiting, and storing short-lived technical state● ensuring quality and stability: conducting code reviews, refactoring, analyzing incidents, optimizing performance, and monitoring ● developing platform standards, documentation, and reusable components

Challenges for three months:

● within the first month, fully immersing yourself in the architecture of the Customer Growth Platform: key Node-RED flows and subflows, integrations, API contracts, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, and production monitoring ● independently delivering at least one substantial platform initiative or a set of interconnected tasks, from technical analysis and decomposition through development, testing, code review, release, and after-release monitoring ● making a measurable contribution to the platform's quality and stability: increasing test coverage of critical flows and integrations, addressing technical debt, optimizing queries or message processing, and improving logging, metrics, or alerts ● proposing and agreeing on at least one reusable approach: a shared Node-RED subflow, an integration template, an API standard, technical documentation, or a CI/CD check

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience working with cloud services such as AWS/Azure/GCP

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering ● at least 3 years of experience in working with Node-RED: hands-on experience in creating and maintaining production flows, subflows, and reusable components; working with context storage, credential management, error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and flow versioning ● deep understanding of REST APIs and JSON/XML structure, GraphQL, webhooks, message queues, as well as ensuring integration observability ● hands-on experience in developing backend/frontend components and platform services that can be used by multiple departments. Understanding of modularity and scalability principles ● strong experience in working with MongoDB or Postgres: designing document models and schemas, indexing, aggregation pipelines ● experience in designing, developing, and documenting APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger, as well as authentication and authorization ● hands-on experience in working with Docker, container-based deployment, RabbitMQ and/or Kafka. Understanding of asynchronous event processing, delivery semantics, consumer groups, DLQs, queue monitoring, and incident troubleshooting ● strong proficiency in Git and CI/CD ● English proficiency at Intermediate level
