How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● searching for patterns and explaining events using data● developing reports and dashboards for business users● handling ad-hoc data requests● testing hypotheses within the department and from business users● conducting A/B tests and providing recommendations based on results● drawing conclusions on product performance and optimization● setting up alerts for threshold indicators● monitoring and performing operational work with reports● participating in the development of tools and algorithms together with the Data Science team

Challenges for three months:

● familiarization with all available data sources● learning the process of solving typical tasks● developing reports and dashboards from the planned pool● adapting to the team and work environment● completing specific tasks according to the plan● proper quality of task execution

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports● end-to-end execution of analytical tasks● knowledge of key conversion and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)● experience in optimizing and automating repetitive operations● preparing technical specifications for creating new data types required for task execution● strong command of SQL for data queries (window functions, data grouping)● advanced proficiency in one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/Power BI)

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
