Join us as a Senior Data Analyst (Driver Activation & Fleets).
In this role, you will help gain a deeper understanding of the Uklon driver journey, from registration to the first ride and beyond: analyzing the activation funnel, investigating churn drivers, identifying early churn signals, and delivering data-driven recommendations to increase retention and improve the effectiveness of the loyalty program in Ukraine and expansion markets. This is a role with real impact on the product and key business metrics.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Identifying patterns and explaining business events through data analysis● Developing reports and dashboards for business users● Processing ad-hoc requests● Validating hypotheses within the department and from business stakeholders● Building insights regarding product performance and optimization opportunities● Setting up alerts for critical metrics and threshold values● Monitoring reports and handling operational reporting tasks

Challenges for three months:

● Adaptation within the team● Familiarization with all available data sources● Understanding the process of solving typical tasks● Development of reports and dashboards from the planned backlog● Completion of assigned tasks according to the roadmap● Maintaining high quality standards in task execution

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports● Experience in delivering analytical tasks end-to-end● Understanding of key conversion and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)● Experience in optimizing and automating repetitive operations● Ability to create technical requirements for new data types needed to accomplish business tasks● Strong SQL skills for data querying (window functions, data grouping)● Advanced proficiency in one of the BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)● Experience in product analytics will be a plus● Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Python will be a plus● Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly justify decisions
Intermediate English level
