How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● consolidation and analysis of information from internal data sources (DWH) in terms of customers/orders/ecosystem products● preparation, generation and automation of operational reporting in Tableau● data analysis to obtain important information and new insights (data mining)● search for patterns and explanation of events using data● Ad-hoc requests from colleagues from different departments of the company, C-level● systematisation and visualisation of data● building and standardising metrics

Challenges for three months:

● successfully pass onboarding, understand the analytical environment, existing data and reports● master the practices of solving typical tasks● collect and systematise requirements for a new area of ecosystem analytics, create a backlog● propose the first necessary metrics and build the first ecosystem reports

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in daily work as a Data Analyst● high level of SQL proficiency for data querying (window functions, data grouping), use on a daily basis is a must● knowledge of one of the BI tools (Tableau is an advantage/ClickView/PowerBI or others)● general marketing expertise: understanding of demand, supply, funnel, customer analytics (cohort, RFM analysis, etc.)● experience in building and standardising metrics (creating new metrics, changing logic, validating existing ones)● knowledge of Python for working with big data● advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
