Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● supporting and developing the React Native app for riders ● supporting and developing a separate React Native app for mechanics ● developing and continuously improving the internal React.js admin panel● analyzing the root causes of production incidents and identifying solutions● participating in team code reviews● directly influencing team performance metrics● participating in the discussion, estimation, and decomposition of upcoming tasks● contributing to the management of the technical backlog● contributing to and driving technical innovation

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team and becoming familiar with the existing products (Rider App, Mechanic App, Admin Panel) ● becoming familiar with the Company’s approaches to software design and code development ● establishing effective collaboration with native iOS and Android engineers as part of the Rider App integration into the SuperApp ● delivering new functionality within the agreed timelines ● participating in the refinement of functional and non-functional requirements as part of product initiatives ● participating in team code reviews ● meeting estimates and minimizing the number of bugs through thorough analysis

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● hands-on experience in working with push notifications, deep links, and universal links ● in-depth understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices ● experience in working with monitoring and analytics tools (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar solutions) ● experience in developing native modules in Swift and Kotlin

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience developing React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android ● strong proficiency in React, React Native, React Hooks, Redux, Nx (or similar tools) ● strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS ● experience in supporting and developing React.js apps (admin/web panels)● experience in working with third-party integrations (external APIs, analytics, payment systems) ● experience in writing tests ● experience in setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines ● understanding of the app publishing process for the App Store and Google Play ● hands-on experience using AI tools in software development (Context Engineering, tokenization, MCP, CLI integrations, security awareness, RAG) ● English proficiency at Intermediate level
