How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participating in the implementation and maintenance of risk management and internal control methodology, policies and procedures in accordance with the VEON methodology● analysing business processes, including internal core processes, to review, optimise and identify key internal controls● supporting the functioning of the internal control system in relation to financial reporting, internal regulations, legal and compliance requirements● participating in the risk analysis, preparation of a list of risks, SOX and compliance controls.● interacting with the owners of processes and controls, updating and maintaining the internal control matrix up to date● participating in planning and conducting internal control testing, preparing results and recommendations● supporting internal and external audit processes, participating in the implementation of recommendations● preparing analytical materials and reports on key risks and the effectiveness of internal controls

Challenges for three months:

● introduction to the current ICRM processes● mastery and understanding of the details of the risk matrix● getting to know all the key stakeholders

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in internal control, risk management or audit, experience in digital or financial services companies will be an advantage● basic knowledge and practical understanding of COSO, IFRS, SOX requirements● analytical thinking, ability to understand business processes and identify risks and controls● ability to effectively interact with process owners and work with feedback● ability to work independently within the assigned tasks and perform them under the mentorship of Senior● experience of participating in audit, internal control or risk management projects; experience of managing small tasks or areas independently will be a plus● confident PC user (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook); basic understanding of ERP systems will be an advantage● higher education (economic, financial or related)● English B2+
