As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries — Ukraine and Uzbekistan. How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● prepare materials for Uklon’s Supervisory Board, Kyivstar Group and VEON: from collecting inputs across teams to building the final storyline and numbers● run the regular reporting cycle (monthly KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, Group reporting)● coordinate the annual business planning process together with core platform and business units● track the portfolio of strategic initiatives, including joint initiatives with Kyivstar: status, risks and financial impact
What the role is like:● high level of ownership: you deliver materials and preparations for the Supervisory Board and other senior stakeholders at the highest quality level● extremely high level of communication: daily work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Finance), external partners and Group companies (Kyivstar and VEON)● dynamic priorities: frequent changes require quick re-planning and early attention to emerging risks

Challenges for six months:

● onboard into the team and master Uklon’s key processes● coordinate regular reporting and strategic materials to ensure transparency and alignment across Uklon business units, Kyivstar Group and VEON● identify key cross-functional recurring activities lead by Strategy function and build a structured approach to their execution to ensure efficient and timely delivery

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years in management consulting (MBB or Big 4), corporate strategy or strategic project management, delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects● experience preparing materials for C-level or board audiences: clear storyline, precise numbers, high quality bar● strong Microsoft Office skills● strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency drivers● experience running several projects or workstreams at once with competing deadlines● ability to align stakeholders, including teams in other Group companies● upper-intermediate or higher English: you will write materials for Kyivstar and VEON in English● ownership mindset: you bring things to completion without reminders
