How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Coordinate interactions with existing partner fleets within the Inclusive Class, building and maintaining long-term relationships● Monitor the technical condition of vehicles (up to ~20 vehicles across 3+ cities), track and analyze expenses related to maintenance, repairs, insurance, branding, etc● Optimize and systematize operational processes and policies. Oversee their implementation and compliance, as well as analyze the effectiveness of their implementation● Implement systematic quality control of service delivery and work closely with the Contact Center (CC) to monitor drivers’ compliance with service standards● Regularly collect feedback from drivers and passengers, initiate and support solutions aimed at improving the service● Analyze non-standard cases and systemic operational incidents, develop preventive solutions and action plans to prevent their recurrence in the future● Research new markets for project expansion, conduct comparative analysis of the technical and economic characteristics of vehicles at the procurement stage, and study local regulatory requirements and restrictions● Communicate with the Legal team and partners to align cooperation terms and monitor signing deadlines● Communicate effectively with the internal Fleets team and partner fleets to ensure the timely provision of vehicles of different classes for photo shoots, public events, and Corporate Communications team events

Challenges for three months:

● Deeply integrate into the operational processes of the Inclusive Class and the specifics of collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company● Conduct an audit of current operational processes.● Update and optimize a single document/dashboard covering the entire fleet (maintenance statuses, insurance, current mileage, equipment condition, expenses, etc.)● Improve the interaction process with the Contact Center, leading to a reduction in the number of inquiries from riders and drivers

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in operations or project management● Practical experience working with business documentation and primary accounting documents● Strong organizational and structured approach● Proactivity and ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities● Strong communication skills● Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets● Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making● Presentation preparation skills
