Product office
The Product Office launches new Uklon products, grows existing ones, and connects every stage from idea to market. It unites teams that create, build, test, deploy, and monitor our tech.
Аmong the teams are: Rider, Driver, Core, MapService, Platforms, Partners, Finance, CRM, Growth.
Data&Research
Uklon Data and Research boosts business growth by creating new products and optimizing services. We collaborate across business units, engineering, and research teams — our experts in data analysis, science, Python, and platform management safeguard the platform (including anti-fraud) and drive continuous innovation.
Development
Internally, our product teams — comprising product owners, business analysts, and engineers—collaborate with departments like Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to transform ideas into tech solutions. Externally, they ensure Uklon’s services are accessible and enjoyable for customers.
Information Security
The Information Security department ensures our internal IT services are efficient, secure, and aligned with company goals — supporting daily operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term success.
Expansion Development
The Expansion Development team launches new countries based on thorough market analysis and opportunity scouting. They also drive investment projects and explore new directions for business development.
Growth Marketing
The team aims to drive business growth with marketing tools while crafting a unique customer experience that retains and engages users. Growth Marketing merges these objectives.
Corporate Rides
The Corporate Rides team builds strategic corporate ride-hailing partnerships by engaging new clients, maintaining smooth communication, and tailoring Uklon services to their needs.
Product and Brand Marketing
Our dynamic, data-driven marketing teams work closely across units to build a strong, creative brand. Based in Ukraine, our HQ team ranks in the TOP 5 by VRK and holds an Effie award. We aim to make Uklon known, loved, and widely used.
Delivery
Uklon Delivery is a fast and reliable service operating in 27 cities across Ukraine. As a separate product within the Uklon ecosystem, we help businesses deliver goods quickly and efficiently — with an average delivery time of just 32 minutes.Backed by strong tech resources, we leverage powerful innovations to create a delivery service that is smart, efficient, and convenient for our clients.
Uklon Ads
The team is building a digital ad platform within the Uklon app to monetize communication tools and offer new opportunities for partner brands. Through push notifications, stories, banners, and ads on cars, we enable both display and highly targeted campaigns for Uklon users and city audiences.
Finance
The team powers Uklon’s growth with financial data and strategic partnership. As operations scale, they tackle everything from tax and treasury to forecasting and international reporting—making complex goals achievable.
Human Resources
What began as a recruiting function is now a full-scale HR department with 7 self-sufficient teams, such as Recruitment, Human Resources, Culture&Employee Experience, Compensation&Benefits, Learning&Development, People Partners, Business Trips & Office Administration. They shape Uklon’s culture, support expert growth, and streamline internal communication to drive strategic goals.
Legal
The legal department at Uklon collaborates with our teams and business partners to find effective, efficient solutions. From transactions to public policy and counseling, our lawyers are trusted advisors who help foster innovation.
Strategic Analysis
Strategic Analysis is one of the core teams within Uklon that guides critical business decisions across the company. The team works side-by-side with board members and top management across all functions and serves as the key point-of-contact in the areas of business performance and strategic insights.
Corporate Communications
The team manages reputation, from product PR, crisis response and CSR projects to promoting Uklon employer brand and founders’ personal brands. Their work is rooted in shared values and insight-driven storytelling that connects with both the company and its customers.
