How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Receiving, registering, and classifying user requests in the Service Desk system● Setting up new employee workstations (desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices)● Installing and configuring standard software in accordance with established instructions● Providing user consultations on basic hardware and software questions● Creating and blocking user accounts following defined procedures● Maintaining hardware inventory and asset records● Escalating out-of-scope requests to Helpdesk Administrator Middle or the relevant infrastructure team● Preparing and updating simple user-facing guides and instructions● Utilizing AI tools and chatbots to quickly identify solutions for recurring issues; developing proficiency with AI assistants for technical support tasks

Challenges for three months:

● Become a fully integrated member of the Helpdesk team● Learn the architecture of the company's internal services and infrastructure● Become familiar with core company processes, tools, and Service Desk workflows● Handle standard user requests independently, without escalation for routine issues

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Understanding of PC hardware components and ability to diagnose basic hardware faults● Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems● Understanding of fundamental network topologies and protocols● Ability to install and configure standard software following documented procedures● Intermediate (B1) level of English or higher● Spoken proficiency in Uzbek and Russian● Openness to using AI tools and chatbots in daily support workflows

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
