How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● providing full-cycle client support: signing contracts and supplementary agreements, connecting to our service, onboarding calls before the start of cooperation, further communication and solving client issues● developing clients: identifying growth opportunities and conducting negotiations accordingly● achieving department goals by scaling cooperation with clients● analysing current client needs and proposing product improvement ideas● ensuring accurate and timely document flow● day-to-day operational tasks (maintaining the CRM system, working with Tableau and other internal tools)

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding into the team and company, learning the product and processes● successful transfer of the current client pool to independent management and development (introduction, transition of communication, access handover)● providing growth point proposals for each client assigned to the specialist

To achieve the results, you will need:

 at least 2 years of experience in customer service / account management / B2B partnerships● strong communication and negotiation skills, building long-term relationships with clients/partners● experience in working with analytics and reporting (Tableau / PowerBI / Looker Studio, etc.)● confident documentation skills: contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, reconciliation statements● experience in independently creating commercial offers and presentations for clients/partners● experience in interacting with the product team and understanding the basic elements of IT products● understanding the car parts and products market (key players, business models, processes) will be a strong advantage● experience in working with task management systems (Jira, Trello, etc.) will be a plus● experience in working with CRM systems will be a plus

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
