How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● at least 3 years of experience in advertising sales● expertise in advertising tools (Digital, OOH)● skills in inbound and outbound sales● ability to communicate with clients and provide support ● experience of working with CRM systems ● skills in preparing reports● ability to create client presentations ● knowledge of cross-selling and up-selling techniques● ability to justify and argue decisions● ability to handle objections and refusals

Challenges for three months:

● comfortable onboarding: learning the types and specifics of Uklon Ads advertising inventory, adaptation to internal processes● allocation of part of the team metrics to yourself and successful achievement of sales targets● implementation of the sales development plan in the SMB segment● ensuring target satisfaction indicators with the Uklon Ads service among your clients

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in a contact centre (in-house or outsource) ● experience with CRM and ability to use it effectively

To achieve the results, you will need:

● developed skills of empathy and active listening● high level digital skills (confidence in using a PC, high speed typing)● high level of communication skills and knowledge of the Ukrainian language● ability to work in a multitasking environment

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
