How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● identifying and analysing business requirements● analysing and agreeing business requirements with the business team● describing the functionality● formulating ToR for new functionality, setting tasks for developers● presenting tasks to developers (with their defence)● supporting requirements throughout the life cycle (working closely with development, testing, design teams)● accepting the work performed and evaluating the result (according to the requirements)● demonstrating the functionality developed● involvement in the main agile activities (demo, grooming, daily)● developing documentation● analysing the work of competitors● testing hypotheses, analysing results

Challenges for six months:

● building quality communication (interaction with the team/stakeholders)● presenting and defending tasks (grooming)● planning the workload of the software development team● demonstrating the functionality developed● achieving targets in accordance with priorities● comprehensive elaboration of the initiative within the full software development cycle

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst● understanding of the full software development cycle● experience with cross-team integration tasks● participation in the development/improvement of information systems and web interfaces and mobile apps● research and analysis skills of user needs● understanding of the user testing process● understanding of data driven approaches in decision-making● experience of working with product metrics will be an asset

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
