What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● conducting an audit of the current strategy and processes of the area ● negotiating with key partners to attract leaders in the E-com + Non-food retail sector● formulating and implementing a development strategy for the area (individual partners) for the agreed period, using available tools, including marketing ones ● regular reporting on the efficiency and success of the department ● people management of the team in order to achieve targets ● management and development of strategically important partners ● analysing the needs of existing customers and making proposals for product improvement, conducting surveys, interviews, focus groups, analysing customer growth and performance indicators● cross-functional interaction with development, legal, finance, marketing teams within the department’s tasks ● participating in the promotion of the area (participation in conferences, panel discussions, podcasts, etc.)
Challenges for six months:
● attracting at least one partner with the potential of 5k+ orders per month ● making suggestions on how to improve the product ● offering your vision of the development of the area, taking into account the current capabilities of the product
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 3 years of professional experience in business development, B2B, etc. ● at least 1 year of experience in team management ● experience of cross-functional interaction with development, legal, finance, marketing teams● experience in managing key partners ● experience in elaborating and implementing sales and product development strategies ● high level of communication skills, ability to negotiate effectively ● experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy ● the ability to make decisions based on analytical data
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
