How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing a communication strategy in Uzbekistan● managing media relations with key media outlets● overseeing the local press office in coordination with the Press Office Lead at Headquarters, including setting up efficient processes for responding to media inquiries, preparing comments, organizing and supporting interviews, community engagements, and other public relations activities related to the company● building strong, loyal relationships with Tier 1–2 media, niche outlets, business bloggers, and key opinion leaders● supporting the communication activities of the Leadership Team● proactively pitching comments and content to help achieve the company’s communication goals● preparing essential internal documentation for media engagement, including Q&As, company factsheets, media and blogger databases, etc.● analyzing news hooks and evaluating the effectiveness of media campaigns and distributions● supporting integrated communication campaigns in the Uzbek market● developing partnerships and supporting the company’s CSR initiatives● managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality photo and video production, visual content creation, and the execution of events and campaigns● planning the communication budget and managing necessary resources to meet defined objectives

Challenges for three months:

● сreate a database of media outlets, bloggers, and Telegram channels relevant to the company● prepare an action plan for engagement with media and business bloggers by the end of 2025● prepare interviews, comments, and op-eds with the company spokesperson for the media● support the company’s key information campaigns (product announcements, company news)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in communications or PR, either in-house or at an agency● higher education in one of the following fields: Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, Economics, Business, Philology, or Journalism● strong skills in copywriting, editing, and content creation● good knowledge of the media landscape in Uzbekistan, including key media outlets, formats, and news drivers (Telegram channels, business bloggers)● Uzbek and Russian – native or upper-intermediate level is required● English – intermediate or higher level is a plus● established contacts with key business, IT, and socio-political media in Uzbekistan, and the ability to build and maintain media relationships● self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player● ability to analyze results, assess newsworthiness, and proactively suggest improvements

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
