Online introduction and training (5 days).

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work with the incoming line, communication in chats● information support and consulting for customers and partners of the service● conflict resolution

Challenges for three months:

● get acquainted with the company’s product, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be able to navigate the processes at every stage of their work● qualitative elaboration of work tasks and goals● independence of decision-making in the area of responsibility● understand and navigate the processes of related departments● quality fulfillment of KPIs

To achieve the results, you will need:

● work experience is optional● knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages in oral and written formats is required● high level of communication skills, active life position, intelligence, competent speech, ability to adapt to the interlocutor● confident PC user● call centre experience will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● flexible schedule (each specialist is given their own schedule for a month in advance) – depending on the month, between 19-21 working days● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
