Hiring process

Introduction and paid internship for 5 business days.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● processing requests from users through two communication channels – hotline and tickets ● information support and consulting for customers and partners of the service● resolution of conflict situations

Challenges for three months:

● learn about the company’s products, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be proficient in the processes at every stage of his/her work



To achieve the results, you will need:

● confident PC user● willingness to work with a large amount of information: ability to search the internal database● fluent communication in Ukrainian

How do you manage your working hours?

● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
