How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing new machine learning methods and models to optimise service performance● analysing and collecting data to improve efficiency and optimise processes● participating in the development and implementation of new products and services● improving the efficiency of models and algorithms developed earlier● interacting with other teams and departments of the company involved in software development, data analytics and other functions● evaluating and analysing the results of the developed models and algorithms, preparing relevant reports and presentations for internal use

Challenges for three months:

● adapt in the team and staff● learn about the existing infrastructure● conduct an audit and make suggestions for improving the current services: forecasting the car's estimated time of arrival; forming the increased demand coefficient

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in using ML serving tools: Kubeflow, MLFlow● experience in using ETLs Tools (one of): Airflow, AWS Glue

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of commercial experience as a data scientist
● successful cases of DS logic integration into the product
● experience with Python (statistical and ML packages)
● expert knowledge in SQL
● knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
● examples of successful insights, identification of non-obvious patterns of product operation
● knowledge of higher mathematics, probability theory, mathematical and applied statistics

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
