How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● setting goals for engineers through OKRs, setting up processes to achieve business indicators● facilitating cross-team interaction, working with risks and blockers● proposing, developing, maintaining, controlling development processes and the overall SDLC ● planning, coordinating, prioritising and supporting technical and business tasks and initiatives ● implementing practices to improve planning and execution of tasks on time● people management: one-on-one, building PDPs, direct involvement in hiring teammates

Challenges for six months:

● get to know the team, processes, priorities and challenges● fully take over direct EM responsibilities from the team (PO, TL) ● maintain current product development performance ● propose and implement a 3-6 month team productivity improvement plan

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in projects with microservice architecture, API-first approaches, automated testing, CI/CD

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 7 years of experience in software development● at least 3 years of experience in managing technical teams ● business orientation and focus on results ● technical expertise in mobile development or mobile application development management● people management of teams with a focus on the development and support of teammates to achieve successful results● effective communication of complex solutions in both business and technical languages

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
