How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● sales and profit growth: achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets. Analysing market trends and data to identify new growth opportunities● planning: development and management of the business activities planning process across all regions and segments, including planning of marketing and sales budgets with a focus on efficient resource allocation to achieve goals● marketing strategy: support and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract customers and drive sales. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful launch of campaigns● product planning: coordination of efforts with the development team to improve and refine the product to meet customer needs● business development: identification of new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenues. Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the industry● team leadership: management and motivation of the sales, marketing and operations teams. Setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of improvement● operational effectiveness: overseeing the daily activities of the respective teams and ensuring that all processes are efficient. Collaboration with other departments to align strategies and optimise overall business performance● reporting and finance: full responsibility for the P&L of the division. Preparation and presentation of reports on the team’s performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Challenges for six months:

 to achieve specific growth targets, such as an increase in the number of orders/deliveries. To capture market share in key regions● to develop a comprehensive development strategy for the B2B delivery business● to analyse the current organisational structure of the delivery business, assess the effectiveness of current processes and tools

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in the tech domain● previous experience in sales, marketing● higher economic/technical education, MBA

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in managing a project that was at the stage of active growth● at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 10+ people● successful cases of user acquisition through marketing processes and sales management● experience in ensuring a high level of B2B customer satisfaction● experience in effective management and control of budgeting processes, responsibility for P&L indicators● analytical mindset for data-driven decision making (data-driven/informed approaches)● ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change● high level of communication skills and successful negotiation skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
