How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
Strategic and administrative component:● analyse the team’s HR performance indicators (turnover, loyalty, engagement, workload), work with managers to identify bottlenecks, monitor the formation and implementation of initiatives to mitigate bottlenecks● analyse the processes of team and inter-team interaction, initiate formalisation and automation of the processes of the assigned team● be involved in the search for alternative new solutions in the field of HR for the effective implementation of the strategy at the level of the HR department (tools, processes, etc.)
Support operational activities/advise managers in HR processes:● validate hiring for the assigned team, interact with the recruiting team to meet search deadlines● support planned Performance Review, PDP validate the organisational structure in accordance with the goals of the unit● study the labour market and the situation with the positions of the assigned team, initiate unscheduled reviews and assist in the formation of incentive (bonus) programmes of material motivation for teams● implement managers’ requests for team training, interact with L&D and provide feedback on the development of people management skills● work closely with the People Partner Team to obtain information on the emotional component of the assigned team
Challenges for six** months:
● aligning the organisational structure with the division's goals and market standards● building the structure in line with the 2025 goals, taking into account the recruitment plan, formation of pipelines for employee replacement, talent pool, etc.● building a professional onboarding process in the entrusted unit● carrying out a Performance Review and creating a PDP for the unit● creating development programmes for managers of the unit
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 5 years of experience in HR, at least 3 years in the positions of HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR People Partner● ability to communicate effectively and build relationships● experience in change and conflict management● critical and flexible thinking● high level of empathy and emotional intelligence● analytical and systematic thinking● experience in formalising processes● result orientation● decision-making and responsibility● developed leadership skills
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
