How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participating in the preparation of budgets and forecasts● developing and maintaining analytical dashboards● participating in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations on the financial results of the company and individual business units● preparing plan-fact analysis● preparing other special ad-hoc reports and analytical notes

Challenges for three months:

● support budgeting for 2025 by collecting data and preparing templates● update and maintain accuracy on the assigned dashboard in a timely manner● prepare the monthly report for December 2024 for assigned departments● prepare ad-hoc reports efficiently and accurately

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in MS Power Point● passing ACCA exams● experience in international companies or big 4

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, audit or other related field● confident knowledge of MS Excel● knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles● understanding of financial statements and ability to analyse financial data

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
