How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop new experiments● develop and debug new functionality● analyse the causes and find solutions to production incidents● participate in discussions with the team about future tasks, goals and retrospective of the team's performance● participate in discussions of the results of experiments● constantly interact with the Data Analyst

Challenges for three months:

● fast and high-quality development of tasks within the scope of growth experiments without negative consequences for the main functionality● develop new functionality in a timely manner● master approaches to designing and writing code within the company

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer● experience in writing markup in UIKit from code, SwiftUI● reactive programming (Combine)● experience in working on a product with a large number of active users (collecting analytics, application stability metrics, running A/B testing)● experience in working with code in a team (gitflow, code review), and working with version control systems

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
