How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● seeking and exploring opportunities for joint activities and long-term, mutually beneficial programs with partners● building and maintaining partnerships with other companies for marketing cooperation● developing loyalty programs● processing incoming offers of cooperation and providing responses● managing co-branded projects at all stages, working with contractors● analysing completed projects and generating ideas for their improvement and development● planning participation in events and sponsorship activities, BTL● planning and implementing promotional activities, promotions, drawings to stimulate the company’s key business indicators

Challenges for 3 months:

● successful onboarding with a detailed understanding of all processes and the structure of the company/teams● expanding the partner offers in the driver loyalty program Evaluation of the efficiency of each offer● evaluation of all launched partnership projects for budgetary efficiency and effectiveness for the company, supporting relevant ones● participating in the implementation of partner co-promotional activities for drivers within the quarter

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as Partnership Specialist, Business Development Specialist, etc.● high level of communication skills● ability to negotiate and build win-win partnerships● presentation skills● analytical skills● ability to respond quickly to changes and find effective solutions● ability to effectively manage many projects simultaneously● experience in finding and implementing growth points● proactivity

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
