How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● calculation of monthly salary for all categories of employees● calculation of sick leave, maternity leave, business trips, overtime, bonuses and compensation● correct calculation and withholding of taxes● processing of additional benefits: sports, English, coworking, insurance, corporate gifts, prizes and other compensations● maintaining registers, personal cards and payroll documents in the system● work with civil law contracts● providing advice to employees on salaries, taxes, sick leave, bonuses, compensation● checking orders, advance reports and supporting documents● cooperation with HR, People Partners, and the financial department● participation in projects to optimise payroll processes

Challenges for three** months:

● adapt in the team and collective● fully master the company’s payroll processes● take over the management of compensation and additional benefits● establish cross-team interaction with other units and departments for the set goals (HR, People Partners, Finance)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience as a payroll accountant● education in finance (economics, accounting, etc.)● in-depth knowledge of the Tax Code of Ukraine (personal income tax, military duty, unified social contribution)● knowledge of labour legislation (Labour Code of Ukraine, holidays, sick leave, maternity leave)● knowledge of the rules of taxation of additional benefits (gifts, prizes, corporate programmes)● understanding of the procedure for calculating sick leave and payments from the Pension Fund of Ukraine● experience with advance reports will be a great advantage● experience with Excel / Google Sheets for processing data arrays, checking calculations● ability to work with large amounts of information● attentiveness, efficiency, communication skills● self-organisation, desire to learn and develop

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
